
‘Health Is Wealth’ is the tag line for SAB 20/30 workout at Tasik Taman Lembah Bukit SUK, Shah Alam on the 24th September 2017.SAB 20/30 is another innovative creation of Puan Sri To’ Puan Datuk Shariffa Sabrina Syed Akil. This exercise consists of 10 routines and the participants do each routine 20 times. It only takes 30 minutes to complete the whole set of routines.The steps for the routines includes many qigong movements; a lot of stretching, balancing and squating.This unique exercise is conducted at the lake from 7.45 – 8.15 daily. People who have lost weight are those who have attended regularly and in 6 months one can loose up to 10 kg with a well balanced diet.
