Pekawanis’ exercise and fitness program

“Program Kesihatan Wanita” is an exercise and fitness program organised by Pekawanis in collaboration with Women’s Sports and Fitness Foundation Malaysia (WSFFM). The morning started with Dr Saniah and Datin Rosmawati leading the group with SAB 20/30 workout which is a creation of our president, Puan Sri To’Puan Datuk Shariffa Sabrina. SAB 20/30 incorporates aerobic, qigong and Taichi movements.This exercise is a quick and easy way to lose weight.The whole routine lasted 30 minutes.
Next came our very expert aerobic teacher, Nana. She had the crowd dripping with sweat.
The last exercise was Stick2stix which was led by our very beautiful and energetic Adilla. This aerobic workout is also a brainchild of Puan Sri To’ Puan Shariffa Sabrina. It was indeed a very fruitful morning for the ladies who turned up. Keep it up girls!
