SAB20/30, a success story

Fadhilah joins SAB20/30 6 days a week. She starts off with a slow walk or sometimes jogging for 20 minutes before starting SAB20/30 workout.

She has since lost 7 kg after doing SAB20/30 for 8 months. For her interview you can log onto WSFFM’s FB.
